"notes": "Police Professional reported on 19 August 2026 that the AI 101 call-routing system, developed by the Home Office and the National Police Chiefs' Council with Vodafone Business, had been piloted across 15 police forces \"including Humberside, Durham, Nottinghamshire, and Hertfordshire\". Resultsense, on 18 August 2026, also names Nottinghamshire among forces that trialled the technology. The Home Office announcement of 18 August 2026 says the system was piloted in 15 forces but does not name them, and says use may vary by force depending on the telephone menu services already in place. Neither report gives Nottinghamshire's pilot dates or says whether the force continues to use the system.",
