"notes": "CESIUM is an AI application developed with Trilateral Research to help safeguarding staff identify children at risk of exploitation by gathering and analysing police data faster. UKAuthority reported in November 2023 that Lincolnshire Police had deployed it; Chief Constable Chris Haward said it helps police \"identify vulnerable children months before the existing process\". The company says it had already helped identify 16 vulnerable children and estimates a 400% gain in operational capacity; those figures are the company's own. The purchase was approved in the Police and Crime Commissioner's decision 24/2023.",
