The supplier is not named in that source.\n\nUpdate, November 2026. Salesforce's press release of 4 December 2025 (a company claim) says Bobbi is an AI agent built on its Agentforce 360 platform for Thames Valley Police, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary and Humberside Police, announced 4 December 2025, with more than 600 citizens using it in its first week and 82 per cent of queries resolved without escalation to an officer (its summary also says up to 90 per cent). It states that the 5,000-contacts-a-day figure refers to the forces' overall contact volume, not to Bobbi, so the earlier statement in this record that Bobbi can handle up to 5,000 contacts a day is not supported and is withdrawn. All figures are company and force claims. Humberside Police is named but has no record here. The eWeek article was not re-read.",
