"notes": "CBS Baltimore reported on 7 May 2026 that the city's Board of Estimates approved a 10-year, $153 million contract with Axon covering body cameras and Tasers. A police spokesperson said the body cameras will add features to assist in translation, transcription, summarisation and searching of footage. The contract includes a two-year provisional period for officers to test the AI functions and decide whether to buy them, and the department and city are to set procedures and test the technology before wider use. City Council President Zeke Cohen abstained from the vote. The article does not mention Draft One.",
