    "notes": "The Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior and Sport told the Landtag (Drucksache 19/286, answer dated 13 January 2023) that the Landeskriminalamt developed KiPo-Analyzer, which pre-sorts image and video files into likely and unlikely pornographic content, and Tracebook KiPo, which supports review. The answer says both have been in state-wide test use since February 2020 and that in June 2020 the software, trained on real police data, was made available to police authorities of the Federation and Länder through the Polizei 20/20 programme. Its general introduction describes the pilot as not yet complete, while its answer to question 27 says the applications have been moved into state-wide operation; the document does not reconcile the two statements. About 600,000 euros were expected for 2023 under Polizei 20/20 for development and national product management. A 2022 comparison in which the in-house tool had the most balanced results against Griffeye Brain DI Pro and other products is also reported. Lower Saxony continues to review seized material manually in these cases.",
