"notes": "Henrico County announced on 6 October 2026 that it would end its relationship with Flock over data collection, access and privacy concerns. WTVR reported on 2 November 2026 that the county notified Flock on 7 October that the contract would end on 14 October, by which date Flock had to stop collecting plate data, and that the cameras had been deactivated. After Flock missed the county's 21 October removal deadline, county Public Works crews removed more than 120 cameras on 31 October; the cameras are being stored until Flock retrieves them and the poles remain. According to WTVR, county officials believe the police department used the data responsibly but were concerned about the potential for misuse; Board Chairman Roscoe Cooper said data collection, access and privacy were 'concerns we have'. WTVR cites a Henrico Citizen report of 29 October that all 128 cameras were then still in place. Start year not given in the sources read.",
