"notes": "The DHS 2025 AI Use Case Inventory (entry DHS-125, as consolidated by the Office of Management and Budget) lists 'Investigative Prioritization Aggregator' as deployed. The entry says the tool produces scored entity data (for example a phone number or legal name) to show an entity's importance to investigations and the possible consequences of removing or neutralising it, to help HSI personnel prioritise targets among large data volumes. It is listed as developed with Sandia National Laboratories, trained on law enforcement sensitive investigative data, and personnel are said to review the insights. The entry cites the 2025 Privacy Impact Assessment appendix update for ICE-055. DHS presumed the use high-impact and determined it is not.",
