The response does not expand \"PNLD\" and does not say who develops the tool. It names no supplier and gives no dates, and says that the force has procured no specific AI tools or services and that any AI capability comes from existing tools. The force's separate retrospective facial recognition use is recorded under its facial recognition entry.",
