AI that simulates emergency calls to test job applicants and train new 911 and 999 call-takers, and reviews past calls for quality assurance.
Control rooms short of staff are using AI to rehearse calls: a synthetic caller plays out an emergency and the system scores how the candidate or trainee handles it. The same tools are increasingly offered for quality assurance, reviewing recorded calls against protocol.
This is distinct from AI that answers or triages live calls, which the tracker records under AI Emergency and Non-Emergency Call Triage.
