Notes

Established by the Singapore Police Force's account of its Police Workplan Seminar 2026, read twice in this run. R-COP is described as an AI-assisted chatbot that helps members of the public lodge police reports at self-help kiosks. Both readings agree that it launched in October 2025 and had expanded to 21 more Neighbourhood Police Centres as of April 2026.

One detail is deliberately not recorded. The two readings of the page differed on the initial launch sites, one rendering them as seven Police Land Division headquarters and the other simply as police headquarters. Because this run cannot settle which is correct, the initial site count is left out rather than asserted.

'techSlug' is omitted because no catalogue entry fits. This is not officer report writing, which the ai-report-writing record explicitly limits to turning body-worn camera audio into an officer's draft; and it is not call triage, since the ai-emergency-call-triage record was read in this run and states that it covers 999/911 call handling rather than public-facing reporting assistants. A technology record for public-facing AI report-lodging assistants is worth creating once there is more than one documented instance; that judgement is left to the operator and is discussed in the report.

Fields left out: 'vendor', 'legalBasis' and 'oversight' are all omitted because the source establishes none of them.
