Notes
Implemented on 1 February 2024 for half the patrol force as a randomised controlled trial, which is why this deployment rests on peer-reviewed evidence rather than vendor material. Natural language processing runs over the audio of every body-worn camera activation once cameras are docked, producing transcripts and automatic flags for professionalism, de-escalation, use of force and language. Apache Junction Police Department has also been studied. Transcription and annotation accuracy is reported to exceed 90 percent, a vendor-derived figure cited within the peer-reviewed study.
