A man accused of creating sexualised deepfake images of school staff and students told police the act was "funny" and like using "X-ray vision glasses", a court has heard. Antonio Rotondo has pleaded not guilty in the Brisbane District Court to more than a dozen offences, including stalking and distributing intimate images. Prosecutors allege that while living in the Philippines in September 2023, Mr Rotondo emailed digitally altered pictures of female staff and pupils to recipients including two Brisbane private schools. He is also contesting a charge of distributing child exploitation material.
