SoundThinking announced a three-year renewal covering 8 square miles during the second quarter of 2026. The renewal is a company statement.
Update, November 2026. WIS-TV reported on 7 May 2024, from sheriff's department data, that alerts go to deputies' vehicles, that the first contract year ran from October 2022 to December 2023 with 1,230 alerts of which 40 were false positives, and that from April 2023 to March 2024 there were 1,506 alerts and 18 false positives. The 2026 renewal described above is still known only from the vendor's press release; no county record of it was found.
