West Yorkshire Police awarded a contract to Bedroq Limited for AI analytic software and associated hardware, signed on 3 December 2025 and running from 15 January 2026 to 14 January 2027, with up to three optional 12-month extensions to January 2030. The notice says the force requires software to "ingest video footage which will allow the video to be searchable of events, certain clothing and other descriptive factors", for a minimum of five users. Value £117,899 excluding VAT. Recorded as proposed: the contract notice does not show the software in use, and no force publication describing its use was found.
