Notes
The DHS 2025 AI Use Case Inventory (entries DHS-204, DHS-206 and DHS-2581, as consolidated by the Office of Management and Budget) lists three ICE tools as pre-deployment with no operational date, all for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) to search large volumes of investigative data: DHS-204, semantic search and summarisation of investigative data; DHS-206, semantic search and summarisation of translated Title III content, producing summaries, entities, trends and leads; and DHS-2581, semantic search of digital forensics data returning chats, emails, pictures and videos relevant to a query. DHS presumed DHS-204 high-impact and determined it is not, and classes the other two as not high-impact.
