The entry says the capability is not provided or managed by ATF: ATF staff have access to ELSAG licence plate reader systems run by High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) partner agencies. It gives Leonardo US Cyber and Security Solutions as vendor, an operational date of January 2024 and classes the use as high-impact.
