Notes
The Justice Department's 2025 AI use case inventory (entry DOJ-0088, as consolidated by the Office of Management and Budget) lists 'Intelligence Data Platform' as deployed. The entry says the platform machine-transcribes audio, with English translation, from lawfully seized devices, authorised correctional facility communications and other authorised communications, to filter large audio files to relevant data. It names PenLink PLX as vendor, gives an operational date of January 2018 and classes the use as high-impact.
