Notes
The DHS 2025 AI Use Case Inventory (entry DHS-2561, as consolidated by the Office of Management and Budget) lists 'Cryptocurrency Analysis' as deployed. The entry says the tool labels cryptocurrency transactions as at risk when they involve designated entities or locations, dark web marketplaces or illicit funding sites, to help CBP find businesses and travellers who may be hiding illicit transactions. DHS classes the use as high-impact.
